Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site MEP Engineer to join with our engineering consultancy based in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems design, coordination, and execution across a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs for Site Supervision.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design and safety standards
- Daily site report to submit manager
-Experience with authorities (DEWA, Civil Defense, etc.)
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues efficiently
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in MEP consultancy
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and authority requirements in Dubai & other Emirates
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant MEP software (Revit is preferred)
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred:
Experience working on Residential or large-scale commercial projects
Membership in a recognized engineering body is an advantage
