Elegant Execution Building Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to
manage and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Fire Alarm
works for high-end residential and villa projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

The successful candidate must have strong technical and site experience in MEP systems,
including electrical, plumbing, drainage, HVAC, irrigation coordination, and associated
services. The candidate should be capable of independently managing MEP execution,
subcontractors, materials, shop drawings, inspections, testing, commissioning, and
project coordination.

This is a hands-on engineering role. The selected candidate will report to the Projects
Manager and will be responsible for ensuring that all MEP works are executed correctly,
safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, authority
requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:---
• Supervise and coordinate all MEP site activities.
• Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings before execution.
• Coordinate MEP works with architectural, structural, fit-out, and landscape teams.
• Manage MEP subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with approved drawings and
specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Review material submittals, technical documents, and method statements.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspections, and handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project requirements.
• Prepare reports and communicate progress to management.

Authority Approvals & Regulatory Experience : ----
The candidate must have practical experience with:
• DEWA
• SEWA
• FEWA / Etihad Water & Electricity
• TAQA Distribution
• Dubai Civil Defence (DCD)
• Abu Dhabi Civil Defence (ADCD)
• Sharjah Civil Defence (SCDA)

Experience should include:----
• MEP submissions and approvals
• Electrical and water connection applications
• Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting approvals
• NOCs and authority coordination
• Inspections and compliance requirements
• Testing and commissioning documentation
• As-built submissions
• Project close-out and completion approvals

Technical Experience Required:----
• HVAC Systems
• Electrical Power & Lighting Systems
• Fire Alarm Systems
• Fire Fighting Systems
• Water Supply & Drainage Systems
• Irrigation Coordination
• Low Current Systems
• CCTV & Access Control Systems
• Testing & Commissioning
• MEP Coordination Drawings
• Shop Drawings & As-Built Drawings

Required Experience:---
• Minimum 5 years of UAE MEP engineering experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in high-end residential villas, luxury fit-out, or premium residential
projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations and approval procedures.
• Ability to independently manage MEP works from execution to handover.
• UAE Driving Licence is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
