📢 WE ARE HIRING – HVAC DESIGN ENGINEER CUM APPLICATION ENGINEER
📍 Location: UAE
💰 Salary: Negotiable + Performance-Based Incentives
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Design Engineer cum Application Engineer / Draughtsman to join our team in the UAE.
The candidate should have good technical knowledge of HVAC design, AutoCAD drafting, estimation, project documentation, and client coordination, along with the ability to handle projects independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Submit HVAC drawings and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to obtain the necessary approvals before commencing site work.
• Prepare HVAC quotations, BOQs, and technical and commercial proposals as per drawings, tender documents, specifications, and client requirements.
• Prepare detailed HVAC drawings using AutoCAD and carry out HAP, heat load, ESP, and other related HVAC design calculations.
• Prepare material submittals, technical documents, HVAC contract agreements, and AMC quotations and agreements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to clarify technical queries and ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain proper project documentation from the initial stage to final handover, including drawing approvals, BOQs, work schedules, warranty certificates, commissioning reports, and O&M manuals.
• Maintain records of quotations, enquiries, projects, contracts, and other related documents.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in HVAC design and drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and HVAC design software, including HAP.
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems, heat load calculations, ESP, estimation, and BOQ preparation.
• Good communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and complete work within the given deadlines.
