Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day operations on our interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards, while meeting project timelines and budgets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Supervise on-site fit-out and interior decoration works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and approved shop drawings
•Coordinate the daily activities of subcontractors, laborers, and vendors on site
•Monitor project progress and promptly report any deviations from schedule to the Project Manager
•Ensure quality control and strict adherence to safety standards on site
•Liaise with consultants, clients, and MEP teams to resolve site issues in a timely manner
•Maintain accurate site records, daily progress reports, and material tracking logs
•Assist in the preparation of method statements, material submittals, and RFIs
•Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials required on site

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

•Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
•Minimum 3–5 years of site engineering experience in interior fit-out or decoration projects (UAE experience preferred)
•Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and joinery works
•Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office / MS Project
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
