Job Details

We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer with a minimum of five years of professional experience in the UAE construction industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in our projects, overseeing the planning, design, and construction of civil engineering projects while ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Certification required: Dubai Municipality Approved & Society of Engineers, Preferred also DDA and Trakhees with all necessary color cards.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, 3D MAX, and other design and analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, techniques.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications.
• Conduct site investigations and assessments to determine project feasibility and compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare detailed engineering designs and calculations for various civil engineering projects.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure they are executed in accordance with approved plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Monitor and report project progress, budget variances, and any issues that may arise during construction.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct quality control inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and junior engineers.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Skills:

* Can manage working in a fast-paced working environment and can work under pressure.
* Hardworking and has self-initiative.
* Execute both 3D renderings and 2D/shop drawings as per the specification and dimensions from the provided references.
* Calculate materials to be used for each project.
* Keeping track of the inventory of all the materials.
* Tracking the daily activities on site in the calendar
