JOB VACANCY – SENIOR SITE ENGINEER (CIVIL)
Company: Bayt Al Barea Technical Services LLC
Location: UAE
Bayt Al Barea Technical Services LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer – Civil to join our construction team.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• UAE Driving License – Preferred
• Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Experience in site coordination, supervision, QA/QC, and project execution
• Good communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise daily site activities
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and subcontractors
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with consultants and project management teams
• Monitor progress and ensure project targets are achieved
• Maintain proper site documentation and reporting
