Job Details
The Foreman is responsible for managing site labour, supervising daily work, maintaining quality and safety, and ensuring work is completed according to the project schedule.
Main Duties
Ensure all workers follow safety rules and wear PPE.
Supervise labourers and subcontractors on site.
Plan and assign daily work to the workforce.
Ensure work follows approved drawings and instructions.
Coordinate with the Site Engineer and Project Manager.
Monitor productivity and meet daily targets.
Check the quality of work before requesting inspections.
Maintain good housekeeping and keep the site clean.
Request materials, tools, and equipment when required.
Report delays, problems, shortages, or incidents immediately.
Record daily manpower and completed work.
Protect company materials, tools, and equipment from damage or theft.
Ensure workers arrive on time and maintain discipline.
Support inspections by consultants and authorities.
Responsibilities

Take care of company property and resources.
Maintain good communication with engineers and management.
Set a good example through leadership, discipline, and professionalism.
