Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Estimator & Quantity Surveyor (Civil) to join our growing team in Dubai.

Experience Required:

8–10 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry.
Proven experience in commercial, high-rise, and industrial construction projects in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Prepare accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and tender submissions.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Perform cost analysis, value engineering, and budget preparation.
Prepare and evaluate variations, claims, and payment applications.
Monitor project costs, prepare cost reports, and forecast project expenditures.
Coordinate with the engineering, procurement, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements and project specifications.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
8–10 years of UAE experience in civil construction.
Strong knowledge of estimation, quantity surveying, cost control, and contract administration.
Excellent understanding of UAE construction practices and local market rates.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation/QS software.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
