About the Role
YDS Design Studio is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer – Site Works to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fitout and civil site works within the UAE.

Key Requirements
✅ 5+ years of experience in civil / interior fitout works in the UAE
✅ Valid UAE residence visa (own visa required)
✅ Valid & transferable UAE driving license
✅ Currently based in UAE and available to mobilize immediately

Role Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage Interior Fitout works from mobilization to handover
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives
• Ensure compliance with UAE authorities and project specifications
• Prepare and review site progress reports, method statements, and RFIs
• Monitor quality, safety, and schedule on site
