About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and physically fit Junior Site Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team. If you are a fresh graduate with a diploma/degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, hold a UAE driving license, and are eager to learn field-based quality testing, we want to hear from you. You will work closely under the guidance of a Senior Testing Engineer and report directly to the Site Testing Manager.
This is immediate position and must be able to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to various construction sites across the UAE to perform facade testings on site..
Conduct various testing for facade on site. Assist senior engineers in conducting field tests.
Record and report test data accurately to the Site Testing Manager.
Ensure all testing equipment is handled properly and maintained.
Adhere to site safety regulations and quality standards.
Carry out tasks in varying weather conditions (heat, dust, humidity) as required.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering OR Mechanical Engineering.
Driving: Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory – must be able to drive to sites independently).
Experience: Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply. No prior experience needed – only a willingness to learn.
Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit to work on active construction sites, walk long distances, carry light equipment, and work outdoors in different weather conditions.
Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written & spoken) plus Hindi (spoken) or Urdu (spoken)
Professionalism: Presentable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
Attitude: Eager to learn, team player, and comfortable with daily travel.
