Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer to manage and supervise site activities, ensure smooth project execution, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and maintain project quality and safety standards. Candidates with experience in steel structure erection, PEB, fit out, facade, or civil construction projects will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily site activities and manpower
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors
Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and project specifications
Handle site planning, execution, and progress monitoring
Manage steel structure erection and installation activities
Prepare daily progress reports and site updates
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained
Resolve technical issues arising at site
Coordinate material requirements and site logistics
Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and company policies
Attend project meetings and provide technical support
Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of work
Verify measurements and prepare site-related documentation
Follow up with suppliers and subcontractors for smooth project execution
Maintain proper communication between site and office teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 3–7 years of UAE/GCC experience as Site Engineer
Experience in Steel Structure, PEB, Fit Out, Facade, or Civil projects
Strong knowledge in site execution and project coordination
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to handle multiple site activities under pressure
Knowledge of safety procedures and quality standards
UAE Driving License will be an added advantage
