Main Purpose

To manage Dubai Municipality structural approvals, technical coordination, and site supervision, ensuring structural works are executed in full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and regulations.

Core Role Breakdown
1. 🏗️ Authority & DM Structural Approvals (Primary Role)
Prepare and submit structural drawings and calculations to Dubai Municipality
Handle comments, revisions, and approval follow-ups
Ensure full compliance with DM regulations (G+4 minimum scope)

2. 🧮 Structural Review & Technical Control
Review structural drawings, shop drawings, and calculations
Verify contractor proposals (shoring, formwork, method statements, etc.)
Check material submittals related to structural works
Identify and resolve structural issues proactively
3. 👷 Site Supervision (Execution Control)
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor structural works
Ensure execution matches:
Approved drawings
Structural design intent
Quality standards
Monitor critical activities such as:
Excavation & shoring
Reinforcement works
Formwork & concrete casting
Structural elements installation
Report deviations and enforce corrective actions
Coordinate with contractor and site team to maintain progress

4. 🤝 Coordination
Coordinate between:
Structural consultants
Architects
Contractors and subcontractors
