Civil Engineer (Dubai Municipality Approved – G+1 Villas)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer who is approved by Dubai Municipality for G+1 villa construction. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in villa projects within the UAE and be capable of managing site activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage construction activities for G+1 villa projects
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and approval requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
• Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards on-site
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in UAE (villa construction preferred)
• Mandatory: Dubai Municipality approval for G+1 villas
• Strong knowledge of local construction regulations and standards
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software

Candidate Criteria:
• Must be currently based in the UAE
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
• Proficiency in Arabic will be considered an advantage.
