Job Details
Looking for result driven Engineer with minimum 3 years UAE experience in a Fit Out industry.
Receiving pre contract documents from client or consultant and understanding the nature of work
Preparing BOQ and Quotations
Should be hands on with AutoCAD.
Quotations based rate analyzing with subcontractors and suppliers
Evaluating & certifying subcontractor payments.
Verifying invoices and forwarding for the payment
Maintain day works records and material on site report.
Coordinating with clients for variations and contractual obligations
Meeting Project deadline.
Attend commercial & contractual meeting with clients
Should be aware of DM and DCD approval process
Preparing monthly reports.
UAE driving license a must (company car provided)
SOE member is manadatory
