Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer for fit-out to join our dynamic team in the construction industry.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of fitout projects, working closely with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to bring high-quality designs to life.

Responsibilities:
•Oversee and manage all fit-out works on site to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
•Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of all project phases.
•Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
•Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
•Assist in the procurement of materials and resources required for fitout projects.
•Resolve any technical issues that arise during the construction process, ensuring minimal disruption to workflow.
•Provide on-site support and guidance to the construction team, fostering a collaborative working environment.

Requirements:
•Valid UAE Driving License
•Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
•Proven experience as a Site Engineer in fitout projects or similar construction roles.
•Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
•Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members.
•Proficient in construction management software and MS Office applications.
•Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
