Job Details

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer with 3 to 4 years of proven experience in Building Construction to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical knowledge, practical site experience, and the ability to manage specialized works with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
Floor Coating & Painting Works
Oversee and manage various specialized floor coating systems, including epoxy, polyurethane, and other industrial coatings.
Coordinate surface preparation, application processes, quality checks, and final handover.
Supervise painting works, ensuring adherence to specifications, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.

Building Construction Activities
Monitor day‑to‑day site activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and construction standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Estimation & Technical Documentation
Prepare detailed material and cost estimates, BOQs, and technical proposals.
Review project specifications and prepare technical drawings, shop drawings, and method statements as required.

Site Supervision & Coordination
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, progress, and compliance with safety protocols.
Liaise with Consultants, Main Contractors, and Client representatives for approvals, inspections, and technical clarifications.
Maintain proper documentation of site activities, progress reports, and quality records.

Project Management Support
Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for project activities.
Ensure timely procurement of materials and coordinate with suppliers for specialized products.
Support project managers in resolving technical issues and ensuring uninterrupted project progress.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
3-4 years of experience in building construction, finishing works, and specialized coating systems.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management tools.
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently on site
