Job Details

We are looking for a dedicated and supportive Teacher Assistant to help lead teachers in delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive classroom environment. The ideal candidate will assist with daily classroom activities, support student learning, and ensure smooth classroom operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the teacher in preparing lesson materials and classroom activities
• Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning
• Help maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and report feedback to the teacher
• Supervise students during class, breaks, and school activities
• Prepare and organize classroom resources and teaching aids
• Assist in grading assignments and maintaining student records
• Ensure the classroom is clean, safe, and well-organized
• Provide administrative support to the teaching staff
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Teacher Assistant or similar role preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with children
• Basic knowledge of classroom management techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
Preferred Qualifications:
• Diploma or degree in Education or related field
• Experience working in schools, nurseries, or educational institutions
