National Taxi L.L.C, operates as a private franchise licensed by government transport authorities, seeking skilled Light Vehicle Drivers to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a light vehicle while adhering to all traffic rules and regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring passengers enjoy a safe and pleasant journey.
• Assist passengers with luggage and handle any reasonable requests professionally.
• Manage cash and electronic payments with accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle.
Requirements:
• A valid UAE, GCC, or home country driving license.
• Age: 23–50 years.
• Proven driving experience with a strong understanding of Dubai roads.
• Good communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional demeanor and a responsible approach.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Direct Employment with National Taxi
• Earnings: Competitive commission structure (up to 35% of total revenue), with a guaranteed income ranging from AED 3,500 to AED 5,000 per month and above
• Perks: 2-year employment visa, free uniform, medical insurance, and a monthly food allowance during the training period
• Training: Taxi permit and comprehensive training provided by National Taxi L.L.C
• Monthly food allowance of AED 400 per month during the training period
• The company will provide free accommodation for the entire duration of the training period.
