Job Title: VIP Driver / Assistant / Butler (Live-In)
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly professional, discreet, and experienced VIP Driver / Assistant / Butler to join our private household on a full-time, live-in basis. The ideal candidate combines skilled chauffeuring with personal assistance and butler-level service. This is a trusted role that requires the utmost dedication, discretion, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Driving & Transportation: Safely and professionally chauffeur family members and guests to all destinations. Plan routes, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and manage regular servicing. A valid driver's licence and clean driving record are mandatory.
Personal Assistance: Manage appointments, calendars, and daily schedules. Run personal and household errands. Handle correspondence and coordinate travel arrangements on behalf of the family.
Butler & Household Service: Deliver polished service to family members and guests. Set and serve meals, care for fine china, silverware, and linens, and assist with the preparation of private events and special occasions when needed.
Household Operations: Oversee the daily running of the residence to an impeccable standard. Coordinate household staff, manage inventories and supplies, and liaise with contractors and vendors.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a hotel, private household, or butler/VIP driver role. Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record — essential. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. High degree of discretion, confidentiality, and personal integrity. Knowledge of formal service etiquette. First aid certification is an asset.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, all compensated in the salary.

Filipino Man age 35-43. Live-In position. Full-Time, Permanent. Start Date: End of August 2026.
