Incentive Structure with monthly bonus for top ranked drivers.
Drivers may choose between two earning structures, based on their preference for a fully performance-based income or a hybrid model with a guaranteed base salary.
Option 1: 25% Commission Structure
Drivers earn 25% commission on their monthly revenue, after removing Salik (700) and charging costs (1800) (driver will pay only 25% of salik and 25% of electricity charging).

Option 2: Fixed Salary + 10% Commission
Drivers receive a fixed monthly salary of AED 1,600, plus 10% commission on monthly revenue after deducting Salik and vehicle electricity charging costs.
Shift options: 12 hours shifts including resting time and charging time as per law. Flexibility on working hours required
Fleet & Appearance Standards
• Top-performing drivers will be assigned new BYD , BMW electric vehicles and new 7 seat vehicles
• Tesla vehicles will be assigned to new drivers or those with developing performance
• A company uniform is provided to all drivers
• Maintaining a strong rating on the Uber platform is a core requirement
Regular training sessions will be held to strengthen driver quality and professionalism.
The company will install soon its own charging stations for lower waiting time to charge cars for our drivers.
Drivers who demonstrate consistent excellence will be introduced to additional service platforms as new opportunities open up.
