We are looking for a professional driver in the premium segment to work with VIP clients. New direction – new opportunities!

We are looking for someone for whom serving people is a true calling. You genuinely enjoy interacting with others, know how to create a positive atmosphere, and strive to exceed client expectations. You are punctual, well-organized, and eager to continuously improve your skills.
IMPORTANT: If you are fluent in Russian and English, hold a valid UAE driver’s license, and have driving experience in Dubai—but no sales background—we are ready to invest in your training and offer career growth to a Sales Manager position.
Your Responsibilities:
- Safely transport VIP clients using the Wheelly aggregator
- Build trustful relationships with clients
- Refer interested clients to the sales team
- Maintain corporate service standards
- Create a premium service atmosphere
Driver’s Success Outcome:
A professionally delivered ride and a friendly connection with the client.
Requirements:
- Fluent Russian (spoken and written)
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
- At least 2 years of experience as a driver
- Valid UAE driving license
- Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s road infrastructure
- Impeccable appearance
- High level of responsibility and self-organization
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: 4,000 AED + bonus
- Schedule: 6 days/week, 10-hour shifts
