Job Details
Deliver orders to customers safely, on time, and in good condition while providing polite service and handling payments correctly.
Key responsibilities
• Pick up orders from the shop, restaurant, or warehouse and check them against the order slip
• Deliver to the correct address within the promised time
• Handle items carefully to avoid damage or spillage
• Collect cash or card payments and issue receipts; submit collections at end of shift
• Update the delivery app and obtain customer confirmation on delivery
• Inform the dispatcher about delays, wrong addresses, or failed deliveries
• Return undelivered items and paperwork to the base
• Keep the bike/vehicle clean, fuelled, and in working order; report any faults
• Follow traffic rules, safety norms, and company uniform standards
Requirements
• Valid driving/riding licence (UAE licence if hiring locally)
• Knowledge of local roads and use of GPS/navigation apps
• Basic smartphone skills for delivery applications
• Physically fit; able to lift and carry loads
• Polite, punctual, honest, and presentable
• Basic communication
• Available for shift work, including weekends
