Zad Organics is looking for a motivated Van Sales Executive & Delivery Driver to grow sales and deliver our FMCG portfolio across the UAE’s Traditional Trade channel—including supermarkets, convenience stores, hotels, restaurants, and retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate, safe, and on-time supply and delivery of products to customers and business partners.
- Manage daily delivery routes, tight delivery windows, last-minute changes, and high-volume demand effectively.
- Coordinate product loading, delivery documentation, customer handovers, and return items where applicable.
- Handle customer complaints and service issues promptly, escalating when needed to ensure quick resolution with minimal disruption.
- Work closely with Managing Partners and internal teams to align deliveries, stock availability, operational priorities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain excellent time management and organisation to coordinate daily deliveries and operational tasks efficiently.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, safe, and properly maintained; report any issues immediately.
- Represent Zad Organics professionally at every customer interaction.
Ideal Candidate:
- Currently based in the UAE.
- Valid UAE manual driving licence — mandatory.
- 1–3 years’ experience in FMCG delivery, van sales, logistics, or customer-facing operations in the UAE.
- Familiarity with food, beverage, chilled, or meat supply is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organisation, time-management, and customer-service skills.
- Comfortable handling cash/collections and completing daily delivery reports.
- Good knowledge of UAE roads, delivery routes, and retail areas.
