Job Details
We are seeking reliable and safety-conscious Bike Riders to deliver orders to our customers quickly, courteously, and in good condition. Reporting to the Rider Supervisor, the successful candidate will collect orders from the outlet or hub and complete deliveries within the assigned zone, representing the company at every customer’s door.
The core of the role is the delivery run itself. The rider collects orders from the pick-up point, checks the contents and address details against the order slip or app before leaving, and secures items properly in the delivery box so that nothing is damaged, spilled, or contaminated in transit. Routes are followed as directed by the dispatch application, with sensible adjustments for traffic or access problems. Orders are delivered within the promised time window wherever conditions allow, and any delay is communicated to dispatch rather than left for the customer to discover.
