Job Details
1. Floral Processing & Conditioning: Unpacking, trimming, hydrating, and maintaining the freshness of incoming fresh flowers and foliage.
2. Design Support: Assisting lead designers in assembling bouquets, centerpieces, arrangements, and event installations.
3. Workshop Maintenance: Keeping workstations, display coolers, and storage areas clean, sanitized, and organized.
4. Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels of hard goods (vases, ribbons, wrapping) and floral supplies, reporting shortages as needed.
5. Customer Assistance: Greeting clients, helping with walk-in selections, processing orders, and providing basic floral care advice.
6. Order Packaging & Event Prep: Securing arrangements for safe transport and assisting with on-site setup or breakdown when required.
