Opportunity for a talented Mechanical BIM Coordinator to join our team.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in BIM.
3. Should have basic knowledge of Mechanical services.
4. In-depth knowledge of CAD, Revit, and other 3D modelling software.
5. Candidate shall have decent knowledge of API (Application Programme Interface)
6. Candidate shall have hands-on experience with Naviswork, BIM360.
7. Analytical, troubleshooting and computer skills.
8. Positive approach & time management skills, good communication and presentation skills.
Job responsibilities of the role:
1. Managing the overall implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and standards on projects.
2. Coordinating and collaborating with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure effective communication and information exchange.
3. Overseeing the development and maintenance of BIM models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
4. Conducting clash detection and coordination meetings to resolve design conflicts and ensure coordination among disciplines.
5. Implementing and managing BIM execution plans and workflows to drive project efficiency and quality.
6. Providing BIM training and support to project team members to enhance their BIM skills and knowledge.
7. Monitoring and controlling the BIM model versions and revisions to track project changes and updates.
8. Facilitating BIM model reviews and audits to verify data integrity and model quality.
9. Collaborating with project managers to integrate BIM data and processes into project workflows and decision-making.
10. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in BIM technology to continuously improve BIM coordination processes.
