Job Details
Key Responsibilities •
-Prepare detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and execution drawings.
-Develop BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and project cost estimates.
-Prepare quotations for fit-out, furniture, finishes, lighting, and MEP-related items.
-Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and procurement teams.
-Review project specifications, tender documents, and client requirements.
-Support the design team with material selections and technical solutions.
-Ensure drawings comply with local regulations and project standards.
-Provide technical support and cost control during project execution.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
-3 to 5 years of experience in interior fit-out and furnishing estimation.
-Strong knowledge of BOQs, costing, materials, and construction methods.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
-Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max is an advantage.
-Excellent Microsoft Excel and cost analysis skills.
-UAE experience preferred.
