Creative 3D Designer – From Sketch to Site
Location: Dubai
Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Lead Design Manager / COO
About the Role
We’re looking for a young, creative, and driven 3D Designer who is passionate about bringing exhibition stands, interior spaces, and event environments to life. This role is ideal for someone who doesn’t just design — but owns the entire process from concept to on-site execution.

You must be fast, innovative, and highly skilled in 3Ds Max, AutoCAD, Corona/V-Ray, and capable of producing walkthroughs and high-quality renderings. Bonus if you're social media-savvy and can help craft eye-catching content for Instagram and other platforms.
You must be willing to travel and handle your designed projects with contractors & suppliers onsite overseas in GCC/Europe/UK
Key Responsibilities
- Design 3D concepts for exhibition stands, event setups, and interior fit-outs
- Develop high-quality renderings using 3Ds Max, Corona or V-Ray, and Lumion
- Prepare technical drawings using AutoCAD
- Knowledge of animation/rendering software such as Lumion or D5 Render
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh, original ideas to the table
- Handle client revisions quickly, efficiently, and positively
- Work closely with production team, suppliers, contractors, subcontractors and project teams to ensure design feasibility
- Attend, manage site contractors and oversee onsite setup to ensure the design is executed as visualized
- Occasionally assist with social media content creation — including rendered visuals or behind-the-scenes videos

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in 3D design for exhibitions, interiors, and/or events
- Expert in 3Ds Max (core essential requirement), AutoCAD, V-Ray/Corona, Lumion
- Strong sense of spatial design, detail, and storytelling through visuals
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop/Illustrator) is a plus
- Able to produce 3D walkthroughs and animations
- Familiarity with social media aesthetics (especially for Instagram)
- Willing to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects
- Must be willing to visit and manage design execution on-site
- Positive attitude, team player, and committed to long hours during peak seasons
