Key Responsibilities
Translate design concepts and client requirements into clear technical sketches and tech packs.
Select and recommend suitable fabrics, trims, and embellishments for custom orders and collections.
Collaborate closely with Master Tailors and pattern makers to ensure accurate execution of designs.
Oversee fitting sessions, take accurate measurements, and specify pattern alterations.
Manage client consultations for custom/tailored fashion inquiries when needed.
Monitor production quality to ensure garments meet company standards prior to delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in fashion design, custom tailoring, or garment manufacturing.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or fashion design software for technical drawings/flats.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of garment construction, pattern making, fabric properties, and fitting.
Languages: Fluency in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus).
Location: Must be able to commute to/work in International City, Dubai.
