About Us-
We are a construction, fit-out, and design company specializing in high-end villas and renovation projects.
We are looking for a creative and technically strong Interior Designer who can develop concepts and also produce detailed execution drawings ready for site implementation.

Role Overview
This role requires a designer who can think creatively and execute practically—from concept development to full technical drawing packages used on site.
You will work closely with the site team and management to ensure designs are not only visually strong, but also buildable and well-coordinated.

Key Responsibilities -
Concept & Design
• Develop creative design concepts for villas and interior spaces
• Prepare mood boards, material selections, and design presentations
• Understand client requirements and translate them into practical design solutions

Technical & Execution Drawings
• Produce detailed shop drawings and execution drawings, including:
o Layouts
o Ceiling plans
o Joinery details
o Sections and elevations
• Ensure drawings are clear, accurate, and ready for site execution

Coordination & Site Support
• Coordinate with site engineers, QS, and suppliers
• Review drawings against actual site conditions
• Resolve design and technical issues during execution

Detail & Buildability
• Ensure all designs are practical, cost-aware, and buildable
• Identify missing details and improve drawing quality and clarity

Requirements
• Minimum 4–7 years experience in UAE interior design / fit-out projects
• Strong portfolio in villa and residential projects
• Proven experience in detailed execution drawings (very important)
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods

Technical Skills
• AutoCAD (mandatory – strong technical drafting)
• 3D software (3ds Max / SketchUp or similar)
• Rendering tools (V-Ray / Lumion or similar)
• Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign preferred)

Preferred Profile
• Experience working closely with site teams (not just office-based design)
• Strong balance between creativity and technical accuracy
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Do NOT Apply If
• You only focus on concept design without technical drawings
• You cannot produce detailed execution/shop drawings
• You have no experience in UAE or villa/fit-out projects
• You are not comfortable coordinating with site teams
