Job Details

Luxe Race Engineering Services is seeking a Dubai Municipality (DM) licensed Architect (G+4) to join our team.

This role is primarily office-based, supporting project management, design coordination, and authority submissions, along with handling selected architectural tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review architectural drawings and shop drawings
Handle submissions and follow-ups with Dubai Municipality and relevant authorities
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
Support project managers in design and technical matters
Assist in material submittals and approvals
Ensure compliance with DM regulations and project requirements

Requirements

Must hold valid Dubai Municipality Architect License (G+4 minimum)
Minimum 3–5 years experience in Dubai
Strong knowledge of DM regulations and approval procedures
Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) – Revit is a plus
Good communication and coordination skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
