Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer based in Dubai. The Interior Designer /Administrator will manage spatial planning, develop interior design concepts, create detailed 3DsMax, architectural and construction drawings, and select FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) to align with project goals. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating design concepts into actionable plans, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.
Experience in Architecture and creating Construction Drawings for projects of varying scale and complexity.
Knowledge of FF&E selection and procurement to deliver cohesive design solutions.
Strong project management and collaboration skills with the ability to work with interdisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in design software tools such as AutoCAD, 3DsMax, SketchUp, or related programs.
Strong sense of creativity and innovation, with a keen eye for detail.
Experience in sustainable design practices is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
