🔧 Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for quartz, porcelain & marble natural stone layouts, installation, and fabrication.
Must have strong knowledge of book matching layout for client presentation
Interpret architectural and structural drawings to produce accurate shop drawings for stone work.
Create cutting lists, slab layout plans, and stone take-offs based on architectural drawings and material selection.
Prepare 2D or 3D visuals for client presentations or design verification.
Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for supply, fabrication, and installation of marble and natural stone.
Assist in preparing technical and commercial submissions for tenders and bids.
Attend site visits and client meetings (as needed) to gather information and clarify scope.
Monitor cost variations, identify risks, and assist with value engineering efforts when needed.
Proven experience in Marble stone Industry (Minimum 5 years )
🧑‍💻 Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Draftsman or similar role.
Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp).
Strong understanding of construction and engineering principles.
Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Attention to detail and good communication skills.
