Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled BIM Architect to develop detailed architectural BIM models and support design development and project documentation.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
Minimum 3–5 years of architectural BIM experience.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Develop architectural BIM models, drawings, and construction documentation.
Prepare detailed plans, sections, elevations, and schedules.
Ensure design accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP teams.
Experience with UAE building regulations and authority requirements is an advantage.
