We are seeking a talented, creative, and highly skilled Creative Designer & Landscape Design Specialist to join our company on a permanent, full-time basis in Dubai, UAE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's complete design requirements, including corporate branding, landscape design, architectural and interior design concepts, 3D visualization, technical drawings, marketing materials, and other creative projects.
The ideal candidate must be a versatile designer with strong technical expertise, creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects from initial concept development through to final design delivery.
The role requires proficiency in a wide range of design software and the ability to work independently while coordinating with management, project teams, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Company Branding & Corporate Identity
Develop, maintain, and enhance the company's brand identity and visual guidelines.
Create and manage company logos, stationery, presentations, marketing materials, and promotional content.
Ensure consistent branding across digital platforms, printed materials, signage, and company projects.
Develop creative concepts that reflect the company's vision, values, and professional identity.
Design social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, and other corporate communication materials.
Maintain and update brand guidelines, templates, and design assets.
2. Landscape Design & Planning
Develop creative and functional landscape design concepts for residential, commercial, and outdoor projects.
Prepare detailed landscape layouts, planting plans, hardscape designs, and outdoor space concepts.
Develop 3D landscape visualizations, renderings, and presentation materials.
Prepare irrigation layouts and planting plans, as required by project specifications.
Select and recommend appropriate plants, materials, finishes, and decorative landscape elements.
Prepare landscape execution drawings and technical documentation.
Support the design of gardens, villas, commercial properties, and other landscaping projects.
Coordinate with landscape engineers, architects, contractors, and project teams.
Ensure landscape designs meet project requirements, quality standards, and client expectations.
3. Architectural, Interior & General Design
Develop interior and exterior design concepts in accordance with project requirements.
Prepare architectural and technical drawings using appropriate design software.
Create 3D models, renders, and visual presentations for design proposals.
Support the design of outdoor spaces, hardscape features, structures, and decorative elements.
Handle the company's diverse design requirements across different projects and departments.
Translate ideas, sketches, and client requirements into professional design concepts and deliverables.
4. 3D Visualization & Rendering
Create high-quality 3D models, realistic renders, and visual presentations.
Develop 3D visualizations for landscape, architectural, interior, and exterior projects.
Prepare design walkthroughs, concept presentations, and project visualizations when required.
Revise and improve designs based on client feedback and management requirements.
Ensure accurate representation of materials, layouts, dimensions, and design concepts.
5. Technical Drawings & Design Documentation
Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and execution plans.
Develop drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
Ensure drawings are accurate, organized, and aligned with project specifications.
Coordinate design information with project teams, engineers, and contractors.
Review drawings and update revisions based on project requirements.
Maintain organized design files, drawing registers, and project documentation.
6. Creative & Marketing Design
Design company presentations, proposals, brochures, catalogues, and marketing materials.
Develop social media content, promotional graphics, and digital assets.
Prepare signage, branding applications, displays, and printed materials.
Support company events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns through creative design.
Ensure all creative materials maintain a consistent and professional company identity.
7. Project Coordination & Management
Work closely with management and relevant departments to understand design requirements.
Manage multiple design projects and prioritize tasks according to deadlines.
Prepare initial concepts, drafts, revisions, and final artwork.
Coordinate with external suppliers, printing companies, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Ensure design deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and within agreed requirements.
Maintain clear communication throughout the design and execution process.
8. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on design trends, materials, technologies, and industry best practices.
Introduce innovative and creative design solutions across company projects.
Recommend improvements to existing branding, design processes, and project presentation.
Explore new design and visualization tools to improve quality and efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
Relevant professional certifications or practical experience in design and landscape projects will be considered an advantage.
Professional Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional design experience.
Proven experience in landscape design, branding, 3D visualization, and technical drawings.
Experience working on multiple design disciplines and managing projects from concept to completion.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative, technical, and project-based design work.
