Job Details

We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering, updating and maintaining company information accurately while supporting daily administrative and documentation activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Enter and update information accurately in company databases and systems
• Maintain digital and physical records
• Verify information and correct data-entry errors
• Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets and reports
• Organize documents, invoices, files and records
• Scan, copy, print and file documents when required
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information
• Coordinate with administration and other departments
• Complete assigned data-entry work within required deadlines
• Perform general office support duties when required

Candidate Requirements
• High school/secondary education or above
• 0–1 year of experience accepted
• Freshers with good computer skills may be considered
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good typing and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic written and verbal English communication
• Ability to organize records and meet deadlines
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn
• Candidates must be currently in the UAE
• Immediate availability is an advantage
