Manager Assistant cum Computer Operator -
Assisting the manager with daily office tasks
Preparing invoices, quotations, reports, and documents
Entering customer, sales, stock, and order data into the computer
Handling emails, WhatsApp messages, and basic customer communication
Maintaining files and company records
Updating Excel sheets and inventory records
Printing, scanning, photocopying, and organizing documents
Preparing orders and coordinating with store/warehouse staff
Following up on payments, deliveries, and pending orders
Managing the manager’s schedule and reminding about important tasks
Assist the Manager with daily administrative duties, computer data entry, invoicing, documentation, order processing, customer follow-up, and office coordination.
