Job Details

We are looking for a System Analyst – Production & Manufacturing to support production operations through ERP systems, reporting, data analysis and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and analyze production data, output, productivity, downtime, wastage and material consumption.
* Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly production reports and dashboards.
* Support ERP-related production transactions, data accuracy and system improvements.
* Analyze production trends, bottlenecks and operational variances.
* Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Management teams.
* Prepare KPI reports covering production efficiency, productivity, manpower utilization, downtime and wastage.
* Support automation and improvement of production reporting processes.
* Identify data inconsistencies and ensure accurate production records.
* Assist management with analytical reports and operational insights.
* Support Power BI, Excel, ERP and other production reporting systems.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field.
* 3–5 years of relevant experience in production systems, manufacturing analytics, MIS or ERP-based production reporting.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
* Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills.
* Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, Oracle or similar.
* Power BI and dashboard development experience will be an advantage.
* Good understanding of production KPIs, material consumption, productivity, wastage and downtime analysis.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills.
