We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining company records and databases while ensuring a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Typical data-entry roles emphasize fast and accurate typing, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into company systems and databases
- Verify information and correct errors when required
- Maintain digital and physical records
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets using MS Excel
- Organize documents and files for easy retrieval
- Ensure data confidentiality and security
- Support the administration team with daily office tasks
- Perform routine data quality checks
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer knowledge
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Previous experience is an advantage but not mandatory for entry-level roles. Employers commonly look for typing accuracy, MS Office proficiency, and attention to detail.
