We are looking for a Document Controller cum Office Assistant to manage company documents, maintain organized records, and support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

• Maintain and organize company documents (digital and physical)
• Ensure proper filing, tracking, and updating of records
• Prepare and manage reports, forms, and office documents
• Assist in data entry and document processing
• Handle emails, phone calls, and basic correspondence
• Support general office duties (photocopying, scanning, filing)
• Coordinate with departments for document requirements
🎯 Requirements
• Basic English communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous experience in admin or document control is an advantage
