We are hiring Document Controller for our New branch in Dubai

Responsibilities
Document Management — Controls the creation, receipt, distribution, and storage of documents (digital or physical). Ensures everything is properly labeled, versioned, and retrievable.
Version Control — Tracks revisions so teams don’t accidentally use outdated information.
Compliance Tracking — Ensures documents meet internal standards and external regulations (ISO, QA/QC, audits).
Access Control — Manages who can view, edit, or approve documents.
Workflow Coordination — Routes documents for review, approval, and signatures.
Archiving — Maintains long-term storage and retrieval systems for completed or historical documents.
Salary 3000 To 3500
