We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our business development team in Dubai.
The role is straightforward: the employee will be responsible for taking data from Wealth Monitor, a database, and accurately inputting it into Salesforce, our CRM database.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately transfer client and prospect data from the Wealth Monitor database into the Salesforce database.
Ensure names, company details, contact information and relevant notes are entered correctly.
Check data for errors, duplicates or missing information before saving records.
Keep Salesforce records clean, organised and up to date.
Flag any incomplete or unclear information to the relevant team member.
Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail.
Good computer skills.
Experience using Salesforce is preferred but not essential.
Ability to work accurately and consistently.
Good English communication skills.
Previous data entry or administration experience would be helpful.
