We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems while ensuring confidentiality and efficiency in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems with high accuracy
• Verify data by comparing it with source documents
• Review and correct errors in entered data
• Maintain organized records (digital and physical files)
• Perform regular data backups and ensure data security
• Prepare reports and summaries as required
• Coordinate with other departments for data collection and verification
• Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role
• Fast typing speed with high accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
