A reputable company in Dubai is seeking a Data Entry Operator to support daily administrative and operational activities. The role involves maintaining accurate records, updating company databases, processing documents, and assisting different departments with data-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain company information accurately in computer systems.
Prepare and organize invoices, reports, forms, records, and other documents.
Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Update customer, supplier, inventory, shipment, and operational records.
Maintain organized electronic and physical files.
Assist with preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Coordinate with administrative, warehouse, logistics, and other departments when required.
Handle routine email correspondence and document-related tasks.
Identify missing or incorrect information and coordinate for corrections.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Perform other general administrative and data-entry duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are an advantage.
Basic to good knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
Good typing speed with strong attention to detail.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills in English.
Previous data entry, administrative, warehouse, logistics, or office experience is an advantage.
Freshers with good computer skills are welcome to apply.
