We are seeking an accurate and efficient Data Entry Clerk to input, update, and maintain data across company systems. Reporting to the Office Manager or Department Supervisor, the successful candidate will handle high-volume, detail-sensitive data work that keeps company records complete and reliable.
The core of the role is data input and verification. The Data Entry Clerk enters information from source documents — invoices, forms, applications, receipts, or reports — into the relevant company system, cross-checking each entry against the original document to catch errors before they are saved. Speed matters, but never at the expense of accuracy, since a mistyped figure or a transposed digit can distort reports, payments, or records well after the entry itself is forgotten.
