Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Data Analyst to own the daily data reporting and analysis of our platform. Your work will directly influence what content is featured on the platform, how customers are segmented for campaigns, and how our operations team re-engages inactive customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer classification and segmentation models across the full customer lifecycle (new, active, high-value, inactive)
- Monitor daily content and product performance; identify trending items and coordinate featured placement on the platform
- Track customer retention, activity drop-off, and inactivity trends
- Prepare regular reports on at-risk and lost customers with actionable segments
- Coordinate with the operations team on re-engagement campaigns and measure results
- Deliver clear, decision-ready insights to product and operations leadership

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst (consumer apps, e-commerce, or digital platforms preferred)
- Strong SQL skills; experience with BI tools such as Redash, Metabase, or Superset
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; Python (pandas) is a plus
- Strong understanding of retention, segmentation, LTV, and engagement metrics
- Ability to translate data into clear recommendations and actions
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
