We need a poised, polite, and presentable Customer Service Advisor to be the front lines of our organization, providing a good first impression on callers and visitors. You must be an active listener with superior customer service skills. You will be expected to connect callers and visitors with the right employees, as well as handle basic customer service problems and requests adeptly.

Required Skills:
