Job Description

The post holder will be in charge of:
Managing Customer Warranty Claims, based on contractual agreements and technical investigations.
Act as a focal point in the Middle-East area to answer customer’s queries with regards to warranty. Negotiating with the customers to find an agreement in case a given unit is not under contract.
Manage and keep the warranty reporting tools/database up to date.
Coordinate on a regular basis with the warranty team within Zodiac Service Network.
On-site meetings with customers if needed.


You are meticulous, autonomous, proactive and have an analytical mind
Strong ability to negotiate and administer professional level dispute resolution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of computers & extraction tools (MS Word, Excel, M3/Hyperion)
