Job Details
We are currently looking for professional and enthusiastic Call Center Agents to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidates will handle customer calls, respond to inquiries, provide accurate information and maintain a professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Answer customer inquiries professionally.
- Provide accurate information about services.
- Follow up on customer requests and complaints.
- Record and update customer information.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Escalate complex issues when required.
- Meet daily call and performance targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Candidate must be currently inside the UAE.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong telephone and customer service skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Professional and confident communication style.
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Previous call center/customer service experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Must be able to work full-time in Dubai.
