Job Details
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele sales Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
.• Maintain good customer relationships through professional communication.
• Update customer details and call records in the system.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
Requirements:• Previous experience in tele sales, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Malayalam, Tamil,Kannada,Hindi)are an advantage
.• Candidates with UAE sales experience will be preferred.
